New homes in Simpsonville/Greenville now available at Heritage Creek
With events and activities for all ages, Heritage Park has become an integral part of the Simpsonville community and a recreation destination for the entire Upstate. It offers six softball/baseball fields, batting cages, soft tunnels and a practice infield for the sports enthusiast. There are two playgrounds and replica miniature train rides for the little ones. Summertime brings outdoor movies and concerts, and the park’s miles of paved trails for walking and biking can be enjoyed all year long.
Crown Communities is excited to be opening its newest neighborhood, Heritage Creek, with next-door access to this array of recreational activities, said Linda Horner, vice president of sales.
“Everything is so convenient for our residents,” Horner said. “Neighborhood streets lead to the access road to the park without any busy roads to navigate. Kids—and grown-ups—can even ride their bikes.”
In addition to the activities offered by Heritage Park, the neighborhood amenities center includes a Junior Olympic pool, water mushrooms, cabana and playground, centrally located within the community.
“While the recreational amenities are certainly first-class, the homes at Heritage Creek offer the ultimate amenity—value,” Horner said.
Floorplans range from 2,271 to over 3,200 square feet, with prices from the $180,000s. Plans with four to five bedrooms in both master-up and master-down designs are available.
Homes include the features most desired by today’s home buyers: Granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and 42” wood cabinets are featured in the kitchen. An appliance package, including separate wall oven and gas cooktop, is included with every home. Up-to-the-minute design details are standard, including oil-rubbed bronze lighting and fixtures, Craftsman-style interior doors, and 5” hand-scraped hardwoods in the foyer. Elegant archways divide open-plan areas, and detailed crown molding and wainscoting add richness throughout the living areas and master suite.
Exteriors are a classic Craftsman-inspired combination of siding, vertical board-and-batten or shake accents, and stone or brick detail. Yards are completely sodded and include a two-zone irrigation system.
“I think this section of Heritage Creek is the nicest of the entire neighborhood,” said Horner. “Most of the lots back up to woods or open space. With no back-door neighbors right outside your door, there’s more privacy for all. This is truly a case of the best saved for last.”
